Work at the intersection of work, mental health, and meaning
Current formats of work :
- Design of reflective and educational programmes on mental health at work, drawing on clinical psychology of work, sociology, and lived experience, for international and institutional contexts.
- Development of narrative and experiential learning formats (e-learning, facilitation kits, interactive journeys) supporting individual and collective reflection on work, identity, and suffering.
- Conduction interdisciplinary research and writing on contemporary transformations of work, value, and recognition, in dialogue with phenomenology, critical theory, and cultural practices.
- Providing professional supervision and reflexive spaces for individuals and collectives, focused on work situations, professional practice, and institutional contexts.
